This policy explains how Real Food Hall ("we", "us") collects, uses and looks after your personal information when you visit realfoodhall.co.uk / realfoodhall.com or sign up to our mailing list. We are the data controller for the information we collect through this website.

- Mailing list: if you sign up, we collect your email address so we can send you news, offers and event updates about the hall.
- Contact: if you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and help you.
- Usage data: basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed), via the cookies described below.
How we use it & our lawful basis
- To send you marketing emails — only with your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw consent at any time (see below).
- To respond to your enquiries — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the venue and helping customers.
- To keep the website secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and mailing list. They only process your data on our instructions:
- Klaviyo — manages our mailing list and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website.
Cookies
Our mailing-list provider (Klaviyo) may set cookies to remember you and measure whether emails and sign-up forms are working. These are not essential to browse the site, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. We do not use cookies for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe, after which it is removed. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your query.
Your rights
